工作內容如下：
Engineering Project Specialists (EPS) are responsible for managing build matrix configurations and allocations to support validation and qualification requirements. Their key responsibilities include:

1. Working with Cross-Functional Teams: They work in partnership with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
2. Collecting Sample Demand: They collect sample demand from all requesters.
3. Managing Build Configurations: They oversee the creation and management of build matrices, ensuring accurate product documentation and packout readiness.
4. Managing Allocations and Deliveries: They maintain the allocation database and provide allocation direction, ensuring timely distribution of products.
5. Tracking Shipments: They track shipment status and manage engineering shipments, assets, and devices.
6. Managing Engineering Samples: They arrange the allocation of engineering samples across all New Product Introduction (NPI) stages.
7. Managing Classification: They submit classification requests for major PD components.
8. Working with PLM: They work with the PLM team to request top-level assembly GPNs for FATP and PCBA.
9. Collaborating with CMs: They work with CMs on engineering labels and box requirements.
10. Supporting Validation/Qualification: EPS professionals ensure that all requirements for validation and qualification are met.
