《工作內容》
Pre-season Plan & Communication
Attend product download meeting to know future assortment line
Download MPM data at each gate, consolidate and inform the changes and support to establish product master file
Support HQ team to build/refine a SKU-level plan to color based on marketplace strategies and opportunities for TW marketplace in each gate
Help the GC team in Shanghai to coordinate with MFP/Sell-in Sell-through team regarding to buy result/planning methodology
Communicate with TW local team, submit allocation request to GC AP team
Help to prepare Investment Alignment Deck and OBR deck for the review with HK/TW territory business leader
Help to conduct QAP plan for TW
Prepare hindsight, summarize highlights and learnings, define risks and opportunities. Align TW planning guiding principle with X-function team

In-season Management
Lead period analysis, including but not limited to SKU-level sell through to influence current and future seasons.
Communicate with local team to know current sales performance, product requests and drive recommend actions

Post-season Review
Recap the performance of the assortment including sell-through, color performance, and SKU productivity
Recap performance of key retail moments to provide insights for future planning

1、月薪75000-80000（依學經歷核定）

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or a related field
•3+ year of business intelligence, analysis related experience
•Comprehensive understanding of retail math
•Ability to create weekly reports, top line sales plans and track promotional calendar/events
•Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others
•Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred
•Proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables
•Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions
•Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
