工作內容如下：
1. 軟體開發人員參與規劃和開發 Windows 軟體應用程式、驅動程式。
2. 解決複雜的軟體設計問題，改善軟體客戶體驗。
3. 為公司的軟體開發新想法和方法。
4. 提供對流程改進和建立政策的方向和指導。

1. SW developer participating in planning & developing Windows SW applications/drivers/services.
2. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex software design issues and improve software customer experience matters.
3. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods to HP owned software.
4. Acts as software development expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
5. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
6. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Technical Skills:
• Experienced on Windows application/driver development and familiar with C++/ C#/ JavaScript/ Windows SDK/API.
• Experienced in React Native GUI development for SW applications on either mobile or PC devices.
• Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.
• Experience in platform development and priority setting, abilities for driving root cause and solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
