3、Handle requests from global factories, partners, and R&D labs, managing issues to resolution within specified SLAs or escalating as needed.
4、Contribute to system improvements using skills in OS administration, .Net, SQL, C#, Python, PowerShell, Kubernetes, Kafka, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana.
5、Proactively monitor systems to ensure uninterrupted factory and lab operations.
6、Develop and maintain API integrations to streamline system interactions and data flows.
7、Implement automation scripts and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
8、Manage and track issues using ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution and documentation.

Years of experience needed –
3+ years of overall experience
1-2 years of professional experience in software engineering, server administration, or IT support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Windows and/or Linux system administration.
Working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.).
Experience with SQL Server and SQL language.
Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell).
Experience with API calls and integration (e.g., REST, SOAP).
Experience with automation tools or scripting for process optimization
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with global teams
