1、Support cross-functional teams in coordinating OS image build development and system integration activities across different platforms.
2、Assist senior program managers in tracking project schedules, deliverables, action items, risks, and issue follow-up from project kickoff through production release.
3、Work with internal teams and ODM partners to collect project requirements, clarify ownership, and follow up on execution status.
4、Help organize regular project meetings, prepare meeting notes, track action items, and support project review materials.
5、Support OS image build readiness checks, issue tracking, and coordination between engineering, validation, and partner teams.
6、Assist in monitoring project milestones and execution status to ensure schedule, quality, and release readiness.
7、Identify potential schedule risks, technical blockers, or scope changes and escalate them to senior team members in a timely manner.
8、Learn and apply internal tools, processes, and best practices related to OS image development, system integration, and production release management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
experience in program management, project coordination, software development, system integration, or a related technical field.
Basic understanding of operating systems, Windows, software development, or system integration concepts is preferred.
Basic scripting knowledge, such as Python, PowerShell, or similar tools, is a plus.
Good communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up on multiple tasks in parallel.
Willingness to learn technical topics, internal processes, and project management practices.
Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.
