1、Responsible for Microsoft or Windows Operating System related engagements and issue management for PC products.
2、Work closely with the development, test teams and project managers to isolate and resolve product issues.
3、Work closely with different functional team and being a subject matter expert for Windows related features or Microsoft related programs.
4、Proven experience on bug management, SW / HW feature enablement and related working experience in the PC (Notebook / Desktop) industry.
5、Specifications or requirements study for new technologies to be introduced on future products.
6、Good presentation and communication skills, being able to correctly articulate and drive complex topics to resolution back to Microsoft representing the business needs .
7、Work within a team environment being participative and leading or mentoring whenever needed, as well being able to work independently for specific tasks that may not involve a team work effort.
8、Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders.
9、Provide timely and accurate status updates.

Education & Experience Recommended
Typically 3+ years experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows architecture and internals
Knowledge of software development and debugging within Windows environments
Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated program management capability in engineering-focused roles
Knowledge & Skills
Experience in Notebook/Desktop PC Preinstall image development / debugging is a plus.
Experienced with Windows Operating Systems and Windows Features.
Familiarity with Intel, AMD, and ARM hardware platforms
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Hands-on experience with Windows Hardware Compatibility Program (WHCP) and Windows HLK kit
Preferred: Familiar with OEM and ODM working model.
