The job holder is to act as a combined role in the areas of Event & Disclosure Management & Corporate Function Support. The job holder is accountable and responsible to
- provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to Event Disclosure Management and CFO
- act as a partner to guide business and functional stakeholders to event process compliance according to globally defined event operating models as well as event and disclosure guideline and procedures
- Ad-Hoc support on Facility Management
- University degree or above
- 3 years of working experience in administration and event management
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly self-motivated person with strong communication competence to engage with stakeholders and manage ambiguity
- Team- and customer focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile, flexible, and proactive working attitude
- Proficiency in spoken and written form of English
- Advanced know-how and understanding of process and guidelines
- Sophisticated usage of modern communication tools, e.g. Microsoft 365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet, experience in powerBI is a plus
