- Provide strategic guidance and partnership to business leaders, enabling delivery of Business plan and Market plan.
- Provide local context and insights for business to facilitate local adoption and the system implementation.
- Identify, prioritize and develop organizational capabilities and behaviors to build a workforce that is fit for future.
Business
- Effectively partner with, challenge and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key tasks.
- Being agile and embrace culture change and delivering AOR and/or local change initiatives in Business.
- Collaborate with AOR HRBPs to deliver an adaptable, right-sized, right-shored operating model focused on improving productivity in Business units.
Processes
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes, providing feedback and escalating issues where appropriate to improve productivity within Business.
People and Talent
- Develop and deploy an effective talent strategy to ensure high-quality succession pipelines exist for critical roles within Business.
- Ensure the HR system transformation project is well implementation and maintenance.
- Initiate and execute employee engagement activities align with Scania’s culture and value.
1. More than 8 years of working experience in HR functions covering recruitment, learning and development and compensation and employee welfare.
2. Familiar and experience with the practices of labor legislation and payroll operations.
3. Fluent in spoken and written languages skills for both Mandarin and English.
4. Familiar with Success Factors will be a plus.
