Administrative Tasks
1. Financial Process Management
• Assist with invoices, payments, and various administrative tasks to ensure all financial processes run smoothly.
• Monitor budget and ensure monthly spend within given budget.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processes.
2. Contract and Application Process Management
• Manage contracts and internal application processes, ensuring all documents and processes comply with company policies and regulations.
3. Orders / Reporting Management
• Order key in, third-party data check/validation, leads data transmission between different systems.
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
4. Loyalty Program Management
• Point redemption, gift handling, and sample stock monitoring and replenishment handling.
5. Daily Administrative Tasks
• Ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Resolve customer issues related to returned and exchanged goods, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure adherence to standard quality assurance service levels.
6. Support Projects
• Assist in organizing various projects to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Marketing Tasks
1. Digital Marketing Support
• Manage content, member, and messaging for LINE Official Accounts (Adult/Pediatric/HCP).
• Track reports, handle FB leads and data across different systems, set up and test HCP eDMs.
2. Campaign Management
Assist in organizing omni-channel campaigns and facilitate their success.
3. Marketing Analytics
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (LINE OA, web analytics, CRM, etc.).
• Conduct performance recording and analysis, providing data support to optimize future marketing strategies.
1. 1-2+ years’ proven experience as a marketing assistant.
2. Ability to work well autonomously and proven experience working with cross-functional teams and outside vendors, as well as collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.
3. Good knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications.
4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
5. Exquisite communication and people skills.
6. Flawless attention to detail; highly organized.
7. Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
