【工作內容】
1. 銷售、介紹HP 筆電商品/影像列印 (印表機) 週邊產品，並維繫經銷門市關係
2. 主動銷售以達成業績目標
3. 維護門市標準陳列/佈置
4. 示範HP產品操作/解說
5. 經銷商門市端客情維繫/整體形象維護
6. 執行門市報表提供/資料回報
【工作地點】
中部地區巡/駐點 (執行區域 : 大台中地區為主 視狀況可能需支援彰化/苗栗地區)
依據公司規劃區域 (派巡負責區域內主要3C通路，例如: 燦坤、順發、三井、虹優、茂訊、全國等HP列管經銷商門市)
【工作時間】
11:00 – 20:00 (含中間休息1hr / 每日工作執行時間8hrs)
* 依每月排程規劃駐點/巡點(需能配合週末假日值班)
* 駐點門市值班時間將配合公司/門市之規劃執行
【薪資獎勵及補助範圍說明】
全薪 $45,000 (底薪 $38,000＋業績達成獎金 $7,000)
*業績達成獎金依實際達成比例計算 (需基本達成 65% 以上)
*另設有季度達成獎金加給 $3,000 (季度”總業績”達成 100% 以上)
*車資補助 : 依公司同意之預算及規定辦法申請 (須附有效單據申請)
*不定期獎勵：依活動性質規劃，以公告為準。
1、Manage projects involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of Notebook, Desktop and Display competitive analysis from the team.
2、Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
3、Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
4、Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.

1、Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.
2、Oversees logistics of parts for builds and prototypes and works on multiple projects, simultaneously.
3、Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
4、Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
5、Manages program to ensure procedural compliance, maintenance, and safety practices are followed for new and existing equipment.
6、Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
7、Follows up on open points/actions that were observed during trials; ensures conveyed as actionable items.
8、Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.
9、Drives best practices through documentation control policies and procedures.
10、Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

1、Responsible for Microsoft or Windows Operating System related engagements, programs, and certifications for HP PC products.
2、Develop and design presentations —that advance key business objectives, concise, and well-organized slides.
3、Oversee Microsoft technology and technical documentation, maintain and manage internal sharing.
4、Support internal team as consultant for Microsoft Specifications, requirements, and guidance.
5、Support forums, team building, and cross-team engagement events.
6、Work closely with cross functional teams to support the Proof Of Concept tests for Microsoft Feature Enablement and Adoption.
