•Organization and classification of documents (physical / electronic file).
•Digitization and loading of data in various registration programs.
•Daily record of official notifications and submission dossier in the system.
•Other support tasks in department procedures:
•Maintenance tasks for department documentation: Updating of labels, requests for certificates, downloading and organizing documents ...
•Registration of administrative fees
Responsibility on Project Management
•To maintain valid registration by following the renewal and re-registration process in all steps according to local regulation.
•Preparation and submission of documents, application forms, letters to BAPHIQ/TACTRI and follow up for project relative to freedom to operate, like new source registration, recipe update, shelf life extension, manufacturing process update, etc.
•To maintain local registration data base to ensure smooth work flow.
•To support Taiwan CP registration under direction of Taiwan regulatory manager, handling on data package preparation, and stakeholder communication.
•Other regulatory tasks assigned by Taiwan regulatory manager.

•0-3 years working experience in regulatory field or CP industry
•University Degree in Agronomy or natural sciences (chemistry, biology)
•Good knowledge of CP products will be considered an advantage
•Strong planning and follow up skills; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
•Foreign languages: Fluent English (written and spoken)
•Strong computer skills – MS Office
