Strategy & Campaign Management: Responsible for managing marketing strategy associated with the brand, including leading the holistic communication strategy (TV, OTT, Digital, Social, Print, PR).
•Lead and Manage the development of and adherence to annual communication calendar including agency briefings, internal leadership alignment and financial document stewardship.
•Analyze data points to identify risk/opportunities, and create contingency plans as needed.
•Identifying future research needs whenever possible.
•Measure performance of media plans and proactively recommend action to continuously improve ROI
Digital & Social Engagement: Lead and manages annual digital planning and execution processes
•Implements and manages digital strategies and marketing campaigns (e.g., Digital ads, email, SEO, SEM, social and cross-media advertising)
•Collaborate with cross functional teams and external agencies & platforms to support the execution of key processes related to digital tools (LINE, CRM, official website, e-Store etc)
Influencer & Spokesperson Management: Provide direction to agency teams to develop consumer campaigns.
•Manage Spokesperson contract and planning into IMC accordingly.
•Manage Influencer programs and social testimonial recruitment.
Project & Innovation Management:
•Portfolio Management including long-term strategy and campaign-based product planning.
•Support and sharing insights to future innovation projects.
Financial & Supply Management:
•Owner of Pediasure brand P&L
•Perform Liquidation estimation and actions and monitor sales forecast accuracy.

•Education: Bachelor's degree and above in business management, marketing, nutrition science, or related field.
•Experience: 5 years of experience in brand marketing (FMCG, OTC, Derma, or functional products preferred).
Key Success Factors:
•Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
•Strong analytical skills and KPI tracking capabilities, and turn insights into actions.
•Demonstrated leadership with agencies including constructive feedback and fast paced decision making
•Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must
