職務內容

1. Sample planning & analysis –
　1. Support team leader on sample annual budget planning and seasonal spending management.
　2. Compile and provide sample analysis & reports
2. Sample warehouse operation –
　1. Recruit and monitor the local sample part-time helpers seasonally.
　2. In charge of seasonal sample operation (receiving, borrowing, stock count, tracking0 and provide weekly reports.
　3. Handle sample freight and custom clearance documents.
3. Code process gates operation –
　1. Lead showroom onsite preparation (Sort, Tag, Setup, Readiness Report, Daily Count, etc.).
　2. Partner with GC and local teams in maintaining the operation.
　3. Maintain the showroom & sample room facilities.
4. Sample liquidation & write-off –
　1. Work with team on sample sales planning & preparation.
　2. Support sample sales execution & onsite vendor resource management.
5. Support other sample related digital innovation projects, like RFID.

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 1-year hands-on sample management & operation related experience
3. Good communications, coordination and negotiation skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
4. Quick learning capability and strong analytic skills.
5. Multi-tasking and work effectively within tight timeline.
6. Proficient in Excel/PPT software.
